All Korango’s products are vigorously tested before production is approved. Korango uses a universal standard sized mannequin set that were acquired through a company called Figure Form. These mannequins allow Korango to find the correct fit for all the garments that are designed and produced.

If your Korango product was purchased directly from the Korango website www.korango.com.au you are more than welcome to return any garment up to 90 days from purchase date if Korango's T& C's are followed, https://www.korango.com/pages/terms-and-conditions
If the garment was purchased from a boutique you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the boutique the Korango product was purchased.
However if you feel the issue is something that the Korango team should know about please contact admin@korango.com

David and John De La Fontaine, twin brothers, own Korango. Prior to starting Korango David and John both worked for their Father's baby and children's wear company which was responsible for creating Australian iconic baby and children’s wear brands such as Kaboosh, Baby who, Humphrey’s Corner, Snuggletoes and more. These brands were stocked by independent brick and mortar stores and major department stores including David Jones, Myer, Target, Kmart and Big W.
